SOME SELF CONFIDENCE TIPS...

1. Practice self love everyday. Talk to yourself like someone you love. Be kind to yourself. And stick to your boundaries.

2. Set goals for yourself that are achievable and celebrate when you are successful. If this is new to you, then start really small. Want to walk for 30 minutes a day for your mental health, but can't face it? Walk for 5 minutes or even 2. And then celebrate achieving your goal!! These feelings of success build our self-esteem so much!

3. Embrace what is uniquely you. It's so easy to get caught up in the social media race. But contrary to what society has us believing, we don't all have to aspire to the same things. Find what makes you special and unique (everyone has something) and fully embrace it!!

For me, it's my eyes. Whenever I have a low confidence day, I find it helps to take some pics of my eyes in good light. It always helps to boost my confidence and makes me feel a little better about the way I look.
