HEALTH
What do you think of when you hear the word health?

The special thing about health is it means something different to everyone. Yet without it being consciously looked after it can affect everyone.
I have a great respect for my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.

At 17 years old I started looking after my physical health, loosing 30kgs and learning to love training and moving my body as well as what good nutrition looks like.
At 24 I battled PTSD and cared for my mental health with 12 months of counselling to learn tools I still use today to ensure a healthy mind.
At 27 my emotional health did the scariest thing of all, allowing the love of my life to come in and riding all the waves that comes with big love.
At 32 I started tapping into my spiritual health. Something so new but so natural that I have complete belief will lead me in the right direction.

Your stories will be different to mine.
The outcome however of respecting and nurturing our health as a whole is the sam

This is my dream.

Flat country

I can give or take a beach, a city, a ski field, the mountains.

But watching the sun rise and set into the dirt every day is where I know my soul belongs â€ïžâ€đŸ”„

Are you triggered?

Why is that?

Prioritisation is not just about organizing tasks; it’s about aligning our actions with our values.

When something is important to us—whether it’s our health, relationships, career, or personal growth—we naturally carve out time for it, no matter how busy we are.

This commitment is what separates those who achieve their goals from those who merely dream about them.

It’s not about having more hours in the day; it’s about making the hours you do have count.

On the flip side, when we don’t prioritise something, we often find ourselves reaching for excuses.

“I’m too tired,”

“I don’t have time,”

“I’ll get to it tomorrow”

“I don’t have the money”
are common refrains.

These excuses can be comforting in the moment, but they ultimately hold us back from reaching our potential.

They mask a deeper truth: that the task or goal wasn’t important enough for us to make time for it.

If we’re not making time for something, it’s worth asking why.

Are we afraid of failure?

Are we avoiding discomfort?

Or have our priorities shifted in ways we haven’t fully acknowledged?

By recognising our excuses for what they are, we can begin to realign our actions with our true priorities.

In the end, time is the one resource we can’t get back. How we choose to spend it says everything about what we value. So, the next time you find yourself saying, “I don’t have time,” take a moment to reflect. Is it really about time, or is it about priority?

If it truly matters, you’ll find a way. If it doesn’t, you’ll find an excuse. The choice is always yours.

I don’t have time for your s**t.

I’m not one of those leaders who is gentle, nurturing, calming

In cops, I’d be the bad one

I call bulls**t on my own excuses just like I’ll call bulls**t in yours.

And I love that about me

For a long time I’ve felt I needed to be a certain person, that I needed to soften myself,
Be more care bear and less
.tough love treatment.

I’ve realised something just recently,
For me to build my business and to support many hundreds of men and women to do the same with their business, I need to be authentic.

I need to feel confident calling people forward, calling them out, removing bulls**t excuses, tearing down limiting beliefs and making room for the good s**t.

Growth

Momentum

Abundance

Don’t you want that?

You should, I want it for you.

If you are open to learning more about this high profit online business, I’ve got some pretty cool s**t to show you.

You’ll just need a few things:
A desire for more
Coach-ability
A good sense of humour
Work ethic

Basically you just need to be a doer who loves a good laugh.

Cause in this business the more fun you have, the more money you make.

We all have dreams and goals, but sometimes, the biggest obstacle is the narrative we create in our minds.

It’s easy to fall into the trap of self-doubt and excuses, but what if you changed your story?

What if you believed in your power to succeed?

Today, I challenge you to rewrite that narrative.

Embrace your potential, take that first step, and keep moving forward.

You are capable of amazing things.
Your goals are within reach – it’s time to go after them with all your heart.

I used to dread afternoons - so I did these 3 things..

Ohh afternoons!

They felt long and hard

Seconds felt like minutes
Minutes felt like hours

Between 3-7pm was tough.

I realised that with very young children, I had a long way to go. Hundreds, well thousands of afternoons to go.

I had to make a change.

This year I’ve implemented 3 things that has made afternoons my favourite time of the day.
I know, what’s turn around.

Firstly, I cook dinner durning the day.
We have a lull in the day when one bald and the other plays on her own or watches a movie.
This gives me 2 hours to either get the slow cooker on, cook dinner completely or prep majority ready to finish off later.

Having dinner taken care of is the catalyst for transforming your afternoon.

Secondly, get outside!
I don’t know about you but outside kids are easy kids.
We kick the ball, put on music, I might do a quick workout while they play, get firewood, ride bikes.
Basically anything that burns any energy my little people may be harbouring.

Finally, slow down enough to feel gratitude.
Stop to appreciate the sunset and glorious afternoon glow, talk about it with the kids.
Be thankful for this season of life.

Choose to feel happy.

Do I still have moments of extreme frustration?
Of course!

Some afternoons are nothing short of a s**t fight that’s life, that’s kids.

The difference now is that I know one bad afternoon doesn’t dictate tomorrow.

How do you find afternoons?
And if you do find them tough can you implement anything I have to try?

Tell me in the comments, I’d love to know

This quote serves as a powerful reminder that criticism often says more about the critic than the one being criticized.

For many, the easiest way to feel successful is to undermine the efforts of others.

They might not have experienced personal victories, so their only taste of achievement comes from bringing others down.
Recognising this can transform how we perceive and respond to criticism.

Next time you face criticism, embrace it.

See it as a sign that you are on the right path, that your success is visible enough to draw attention.

It’s been 2 years since I stopped being g a dairy farmer.

My heart is grateful
My heart hurts
It’s a funny feeling.

I spent at least 20 years confident knowing what I would do for the rest of my life.

But it changed.

I could have stayed

Juggled

Sacrificed

Had great days

Had bad days

But when it came down to it,
The farm needed too much of my time that my little babes now took priority of.

No matter how much I loved my life as a farmer the sacrifice was never going to be worth it.

Kids are only little once

They only do everything for the first time ONCE

One chance, that’s it!
I couldn’t loose that.

Change is scary
But so is loosing the really important s**t

If you are where I was
I have just one question for you to sit with

What’s keeping you so loyal,
to a life that’s keeping you so stuck?

My inbox is always open if you want to talk about it đŸ’«

By now you’d know it’s no secret..

I LOVE a challenge.

I started the year attempting 75 hard.
Talk about going straight to the top 😅

So I don’t complete that one.

Next I started cold showers and I’m almost 3 months in without missing a morning!

There month of June saw me go off attritional contraception and quit coffee!
(Really don’t thing doing this i the same time was a wise move!)
But anyway, we got there.
I went 30 days without caffeine and am, for the first time in a very long time navigating my body without pregnancy or artificial hormones.

In a world where likes, comments, and followers often define self-worth, it’s easy to get caught up in seeking external validation.

However, there’s a profound difference between the fleeting high of someone else’s approval and the lasting radiance that comes from believing in yourself.

When your confidence is rooted in self-belief, you radiate a unique glow.

It’s a different kind of shine.

This kind of confidence isn’t dependent on the whims of others. It’s steadfast and enduring because it comes from an intimate understanding of your own worth and capabilities.

You become resilient in the face of criticism and unaffected by the lack of external praise.

Self-belief is cultivated through self-awareness, acceptance of your flaws, and celebrating your strengths. It’s about setting personal goals and acknowledging your progress, no matter how small.

When you achieve something based on your own merits, the sense of accomplishment is deeply personal and immensely satisfying.

This inner glow is visible to others.

People are naturally drawn to those who exude genuine confidence because it signifies authenticity.

You inspire others to also look within themselves for validation, creating a ripple effect of self-empowerment.

So, invest in yourself.

Nurture your passions.

Embrace your unique journey.

Trust in your abilities.

Your true glow comes not from the spotlight others shine on you, but from the light that you generate from within.
