Infected Rain absolutely masked it at Depravation Festival tonight! One more night to go with Evile bringing the trash vibes tomorrow!

Fantastic job so sat by Martin Camp and his highly highly skilled "Stage Bitch" Freddie Thomas (also the Dep Fest sound guy but I don't have him on here to tag him directly) these guys don't get enough credit for the time they put into this festival so if you get the chance to and give some thanks to those guys!

James is a well-known musician in our local area, and Ota, and I have watched him grow from a drummer for a local band back around 2003/4 to a well-respected and well-known name in the industry.

Do I know anyone who has a podcast or radio show idea they want to bring to Moshville Radio?

We're looking for more DJs and showrunners for mornings, daytimes, afternoons and late night slots.

We have regular shows based around Black, Death, Prog, Emo already on the station however we'd love to find more DJs to highlight other specific genres and other topics in and around the metal community including things like reviewing movies, games and other media that might be interesting to our listeners.

Feel free to drop me or the Moshville Radio page a message if you'd like to chat about joining the team.

Changes on how best to stay up to date with Moshville Times incoming....

Courtesy of Facebook being an ever-increasing sack of s**t, we're going to make some changes to our content here going forwards. Twice recently we've been blocked from posting due to "suspected spam", and we are aware this is happening to other publications we're friends with.

Given we posted a ton of stuff over Bloodstock with no comeback, it seems that anything with an external link in is what's causing Facebook to pull the trigger. If we post more than a certain number of links to our site per day (week? Who knows) we get squashed for hours.

As such, we will be posting fewer links to content on our site going forward. This is problematic as traffic to the site is about the only thing that gets us revenue. So thanks to Facebook for trying to kill us off.

There are two things you can do to help. One of them doesn't cost you a thing:

1) Get a feed reader such as Feedly (web and app available). Shove our website address into it and you'll get every single article we post direct to your screen / phone.

2) Subscribe to us on Patreon (search for Patreon Moshville and it should pop up)

Obviously we'd rather just put stuff on here so that about 8% of our followers (on average) see each post... and yes that's roughly how many of you see our stuff if we don't pay Facebook money. Which we don't have. So you can kind of see why we're not really happy with FB at present.

You could of course just subscribe to us on Twitter as they don't seem to censure us for over-posting, but everyone seems to be leaving that sinking ship as well! There's also Reddit, Threads and Mastodon...

There are 23,000 of you following us on here. If you all jumped on Patreon or Feedly you'd make us a much happier bunch of metalheads!
