We’re shooting a short drama based on real stories — and we’re looking for local talent in Swindon!

📍 Location: Swindon
Shoot Dates: 8–10 July
Auditions: 1st July (in person + Zoom)
All roles are paid!

CASTING:
JACOB – Male, 18–24 (£200/day)
MUM – Female, 40–55 (£150/day)
DAD – Male, 25–40 (£150/day)
PARAMEDIC – Any gender, 20–40 (£100/day)

𝑲𝒂𝒉𝒂𝒂𝒏𝒊 - Stories of South Asian Migration in the South West

Do you have a story to tell? We want to hear from you.

Kahaani is an exciting new heritage project that is being delivered by Create Studios and is funded by the The National Lottery Heritage Fund.

The project aims to capture on camera around 50 first and second generation South Asian stories of people living in Somerset, Dorset, Swindon and Wiltshire.

- Stories will be recorded, filmed and shared with young people and schools.
- Support with access and travel provided

We want to hear about your unique journey, your first impressions, your hopes and how you built a life in rural England.
