Em quartos de hotéis, protegido do mundo exterior, Dario Argento criou seus filmes mais aclamados. Hoje, ele está escrevendo seu último. Desta vez, no entanto, não está só. Ele volta ao hotel para concluir seu roteiro e ser entrevistado, filmado e acompanhado por uma equipe que grava um filme sobre ele. Argento inicialmente não se sente à vontade, lutando para encontrar tranquilidade tanto para terminar o processo de escrita quanto para confiar em quem o entrevista. Charlie's Freedom is an intimate piece about relationships, weaknesses, life, feeling tied down and feeling let down.

It's about having to deal with the hand you've been dealt with - not because you're particularly brave, kind or more caring than the next person, but simply because you have no choice.

Directed by BAFTA winning filmmaker Rachel Tillotson, written by Carol Younghusband, produced by Georgina French, coproduced by Katherine Press, executive produced by Giada Mazzoleni, starring OLIVIA PENTELOW, CLARE PERKINS, STACHA HICKS, DUMILE SIBANDA and LIONELLE NSARHAZA.

"Camilla is an aspiring actress auditioning for the background role of a couple kissing in the park in a Romantic Comedy.
When she's randomly paired with experienced actor Ben in the casting room, she's really stunned, as they are guided by the casting director through the intimacy coordination guidelines to perform their kiss in safety. Outside the casting room, they start bonding in real life, making their call backs even more reflective of their "chemistry", leading Camilla to confuse fiction and reality."

A hermit crab in the Midlands

He's not lost, though it may seem. He's just looking for a nice project to hold on...

PAGURO FILM is an independent production company, founded in April 2018 in the Midlands by Giada Mazzoleni, with the intent to develop copyright projects for today's cinema-documentary market of international audience.

Giada Mazzoleni, 1989, after a classical matriculation and a degree in media languages at the Catholic University of Milan, enrolled in the Production course for cinema and TV at the Civic Schools of Milan. Her first experience on a set is as an intern on the feature film "True Love" by Clerico Nasino written by Fabio & Fabio. She remains in the troupe for just under two weeks since the compulsory attendance in Civica precludes the possibility of closing the work, but already understands that the cinema is the most beautiful job in the world.

She follows as secretary of the edition "La Festa" by Simone Scafidi, produced by Gagarin SRL, for which she will then work for 2 years as a development producer alongside the producer Franco Bocca Gelsi (Fame Chimica, Fuga dal call center, L'ultimo pastore).
