Hi.. this is not a post I ever wanted to write however… a few customers have outstanding bills and either ignoring messages or saying they’ll pay on a certain day and the day passes and still no payment received.. I’ve been good enough to collect, make and deliver your orders now be good enough to pay for them please.. I go out of my way but this is now beyond a joke.. going to spoil it for other people as from now I will require either a deposit or payment in full depending on what you’re ordering.. those customers that have messed me about numerous times now please go elsewhere for your keepsake memory items.. sorry.. I don’t have time to chase payments when I’ve already gone out of my way for you.. Thanks Shirley
