On January 25th 2025 the night sky will showcase a remarkable planetary alignment, often referred to as a "planetary parade. During this event, six planets - Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune—will be visible in close proximity from Earth, creating a captivating time for us skywatchers.

While planetary alignments are not exceedingly rare, the visibility of six planets simultaneously is an uncommon occurrence that offers both astronomical and astrological significance.

Astrologically, such alignments are believed to amplify the energies associated with each planet, potentially influencing human behavior and emotions. For instance, Venus represents love and harmony, Mars embodies action and energy, Jupiter signifies expansion and wisdom, Saturn relates to discipline and structure, Uranus symbolizes innovation and change, and Neptune is associated with intuition and dreams. These planetary energies is thought to create a period ripe for introspection, growth, and transformation.

To make the most of this celestial event, consider the following practices:
• Meditation and Visualization: Engage in meditation under the night sky, focusing on the alignment. Visualize the energies of the planets merging with your own, fostering a sense of connection and empowerment.
• Create a Sacred Space: Set up an altar with symbols representing each planet. Surround yourself with objects that inspire and enhance your spiritual practice.
• Set Intentions for Manifestation: Write down your goals and desires, aligning them with the themes represented by each planet.Reflect on what you wish to manifest in the coming year, using the amplified energies to support your actions.
• Astrological Reflection: Consider how the alignment interacts with your personal astrological chart. This can provide insights into areas of life that may be influenced during this period, allowing for targeted personal development.

Observing the Alignment
For optimal viewing, find a location with minimal light pollution and a clear view of the horizon. Shortly after sunset, look towards the southwest to spot Venus and Saturn close together. Jupiter will be higher overhead, and Mars will be visible in the east. While Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn can be seen with the naked eye, a telescope or binoculars will be needed to observe Uranus and Neptune.

By engaging in mindful practices and aligning personal intentions with the energies represented by the planets, individuals can harness this cosmic phenomenon to foster transformation and manifest their deepest desires.

Monday 13th January we have a Full Moon in Cancer. This full moon invites us to connect deeply with our emotions, intuition and sense of home. Cancer is ruled by the Moon and governs nurturing, sensitivity, and emotional healing. This full moon's energy is particularly potent for introspection, emotional security and deep inner healing. Full moons are the optimal opportunity to release what no longer serves you.

The Full Moon in Cancer is a time of heightened sensitivity and intuition. Its energy encourages us to focus on self-care, family and emotional well-being. During this time, unresolved feelings or memories may rise to the surface, urging us to process and release them. This is an opportune time to engage in activities that foster emotional healing, such as journaling or having heartfelt conversations with loved ones. Cancer’s nurturing qualities also make this full moon ideal for strengthening connections with those who feel like home to us. Whether through a shared meal or spending time in reflection with family, it’s a time to embrace the comfort and security of belonging.

Full Moon Rituals to Embrace Cancer’s Energy:

• Cleansing Bath Ritual: Water is Cancer's element, making a cleansing bath a powerful ritual during this full moon. Add bath salts, herbs or essential oils to your bathwater. Light candles and visualize the water washing away emotional burdens, leaving you refreshed and aligned.
• Moonlit Meditation: Meditate to connect with the moons energy and tap into the unknown. Sit outside or by a window where you can see the moon. Visualize its light filling you with calmness and illuminating the areas of your life that need healing. Use affirmations like: "I release what no longer serves me and embrace emotional wholeness."

Happy new year! It's the first day of 2025, how are we all feeling?

What is 3 small goals your hoping to achieve this year?
Mine is:
Read 12 self development books, I'm making this 1 a month 📚
Drink more water 💧
Try to stay in the present moment and not to spend my time worrying about past or future.

As the clock strikes midnight tonight, the world unites in celebration. New Year’s Eve is not just a moment of festivity but also an opportunity to reflect, recharge, and reset. Welcome 2025, a year brimming with potential and the promise of growth!

Setting goals on New Year’s Eve is more than just tradition; it’s an act of hope. It’s our way of saying, “I believe in my ability to grow, improve, and thrive.” But how do we ensure those resolutions don’t fade by February? The key lies in mindset, consistency, and a touch of self-compassion.

• Start Small: Dream big, but break those dreams into manageable steps. Instead of saying, “I’ll lose 2st” commit to walking 20 minutes daily. Small wins create big momentum!
• Be Specific: Vague goals like “be healthier” or “save money” often lack a sense of direction. Instead set clear objectives like “meal prep every Sunday” or “save £100 monthly.”
• Track Progress: Keep a journal or use apps to monitor your journey. Iften we don't notice our day to day progress, by seeing your progress this fuels motivation!
• Celebrate Success: Reward yourself for milestones—big or small. Every step forward is worth celebrating.

This year, don’t just chase perfection—embrace progress. Remember that setbacks are not failures but lessons in disguise. 80% of success is achieved by showing up and success comes from consistent practice, not just sudden luck.

Cheers to new beginnings, boundless possibilities and a brighter you in 2025! 🌟 Wishing you all a wonderful and blessing filled 2025, may you make of it what you wish! Happy new year 🪅

18/12/2024

On 21st December 2024 the wheel turns again to Yule, one of the oldest winter festivals. This is a time of renewal, introspection and celebration of light's return. Rooted in ancient traditions and steeped in symbolism, Yule offers profound insights into humanity's relationship with nature. Yule marks the winter solstice, the longest night of the year and the turning point when the days begin to grow longer.

Modern celebrations honor ancient customs while embracing contemporary interpretations. Pagans, Wiccans, and other spiritual practitioners often observe Yule as part of the Wheel of the Year, a cycle of seasonal festivals. Celebrations typically include lighting candles and fires to symbolize the sun's rebirth, decorating homes with evergreens, and exchanging gifts as an act of generosity.

One of the most iconic symbols of Yule is the Yule log. Traditionally a large piece of wood, often oak, was burned in the hearth as a tribute to the returning sun. Ashes from the Yule log were kept for their protective properties. Today, some people even bake Yule log cakes as a nod to this custom and traditions include storytelling, singing, and crafting ornaments from natural materials. Many people set up altars adorned with seasonal symbols like pinecones, cinnamon sticks and winter fruits.

The winter solstice is a powerful time for reflection, intention-setting and transformation. As the darkest night gives way to growing light, it encourages us to shed what no longer serves us and to embrace renewal.

Introspection and Gratitude:
Use the solstice energy to reflect on the past year. Consider journaling about your accomplishments, challenges and lessons learned. This practice brings gratitude and helps clear mental clutter, making room for new beginnings.
Setting Intentions:
Set intentions for personal growth. Write down goals or affirmations and keep them visible throughout the year. Some people choose to burn written intentions as an offering, symbolizing transformation and release.
Nature Connection:
The solstice invites us to connect with the natural world, even in its dormant state. Spending time outside, observing the stillness of winter, or gathering evergreens can deepen your appreciation for seasonal cycles.
Meditation and Rituals:
Meditation during the solstice can help align your energy with the season's themes of renewal and hope. A simple candle-lighting ritual can represent the light returning to your life. Visualize what you wish to bring into your life as the flame grows stronger.
Rest and Renewal:
The solstice reminds us of the importance of rest. Honor the season's slower pace by giving yourself time to recharge, whether through a long bath, an evening of reading, or simply doing nothing.

Yule is a rich, multi-faceted celebration that bridges ancient wisdom with modern practices. Rooted in the winter solstice, it encourages us to embrace the darkness as a reflection to light and growth. By reflecting and participating in its traditions, and harnessing its transformative energy, we can cultivate a deeper connection with ourselves and the rhythms of the natural world.
In honoring Yule, we are reminded that even in the darkest times, light is on the horizon—a timeless message of hope and renewal.

The universe and my guides are coming in very strong at the moment with the synchronised messages, and I'm constantly wowed at what is coming through. When you listen and observe, you'll notice all the magic that surrounds you. This was my example today, a little conversation with a friend on my feelings and then later in the day I opened a book randomly to this page and it just hit me to what my guides and the universe is telling me. I am and forever will be amazed.

02/12/2024

As we move into a new week, we have a new focus.
This week we are being asked to look at all the potential we've accomplished. All the cycles we've closed out on and how far as a person we've come. We've got the world around us and we have so many limitations as humans but we are being asked to push back on those limitations and allow ourselves to experience the goodness.
With death there is rebirth, the constant cycle of life. Where there's an ending there's a beginning, and this energy is asking us to not dwell on what we've lost or what may not have worked out. Instead focus on what good and what new is to come.
My spirit guide has passed a message to the collective to say: celebrate your wins, acknowledge what you've achieved and allow yourself to move onwards with your development.

Happy Samhain! Today marks the day that the veil is at its thinnest which means you may feel the spirit world much closer. Don't forget, today is a day of honoring your ancestors and those who walked this earth before us.
A few small rituals you can do is:

Light a candle for your ancestors. Give thanks to those who came before us and who paved the way for us today.

Take a mindful 5 minutes to honour your ancestors, think about your family both here in the physical and in spirit. (They are always listening)

Do a halloween simmer pot with ingredients that match the energy of this time of year. Really think about your intentions over the next few months and what it is you'd like to attract.

Take a walk in nature or get outside and honour the elemental spirits. Think about how the earth, air, water and fire serves us on a day to day basis and give thanks to all we have around us.

Samhain and Halloween blessings to you all 🍂🍁🎃👻🧙‍♀️

29/10/2024

On October 31st the wheel turns again to Samhain, a festival marking the end of the harvest season and the start of winter. Dating back over 2,000 years, Samhain originated as a sacred time for the ancient Celts, who believed that this night marked a point in the year when the boundary between the physical and spiritual worlds became unusually thin. It was during this time that spirits, both friendly and malevolent, could more easily pass between realms, thus the concept of the “thinning of the veil” came into prominence.

Samhain was a significant festival in ancient Celtic culture and is one of the four major seasonal festivals, alongside Imbolc, Beltane, and Lughnasadh. Samhain symbolized the transition from the warm, light-filled half of the year to the cold, dark half. This seasonal change represented death and dormancy in nature as plants died off and animals prepared for hibernation, creating a powerful reminder of mortality and the cycle of life. To honor the dead and prepare for winter people gathered to feast, light bonfires, and perform rituals. They believed these fires would guide spirits on their journey, and offerings were left outside homes to appease any roaming ghosts.

The energy of Samhain is characterized by introspection, transition and a connection to the unseen realms. Many see Samhain as an optimal time for self-reflection, setting intentions for the coming year, and communing with one’s ancestors. This period is often viewed as the spiritual New Year in Pagan traditions, making it a powerful time for letting go of old habits, beliefs, or regrets, and welcoming new beginnings.

The thinning of the veil—a common term used during Samhain—refers to the belief that the division between the physical and spiritual realms is at its weakest. This offers a unique opportunity for those attuned to spiritual practices to connect with loved ones who have passed on, or to seek guidance from ancestors. With greater accessibility to the spirit world, individuals can take time to meditate, perform divination, or ask for insights on personal growth and spiritual path.

There are several meaningful rituals one can perform to honor Samhain and tap into its spiritual energy. Here are a few:

Ancestor Altar: Setting up an altar with photos, heirlooms, and favorite items of deceased loved ones is a popular way to honor ancestors. Candles, seasonal produce and symbols of autumn can be added along with a glass of water and offerings of food. Spending a few moments in gratitude sharing memories, or even speaking to those who have passed on can be a powerful way to feel connected to family lineage and history.

Divination: Many believe that divination practices like tarot, scrying or rune casting are especially potent during Samhain. With the thinning of the veil, these tools may reveal insights into the future or offer guidance from beyond. Creating a quiet, undisturbed space for these practices helps one gain clearer messages and connection.

Bonfire Rituals: The Celts originally lit large bonfires to ward off negative spirits and honor the departed. In modern times a small outdoor fire or even a candle can suffice. This fire can serve as a meditative focal point a way to symbolically release any habits or energies you wish to let go of.

Reflective Journaling: Since Samhain represents a time of turning inward, journaling can be an effective practice to understand one's emotions, desires and goals. Writing about experiences from the past year, lessons learned and hopes for the future can bring clarity and set intentions for the year ahead.

Seasonal Feast: Sharing a meal with loved ones or even setting a place at the table for ancestors is a powerful way to honor the harvest and those who came before. Traditional foods for Samhain include apples, pumpkins, nuts and cider, all seasonal elements associated with the end of the harvest.

Samhain is far more than just the precursor to Halloween. It is a time steeped in history, mystery and reverence for life’s cyclical nature. The rituals of Samhain allow individuals to embrace both the physical world and the spiritual by celebrating the interconnectedness of all life. As we partake in the more commercial aspects of Halloween understanding its roots in Samhain invites us to connect with ancient traditions, honor our own personal histories and find peace in the cycles of life and death. Through practices like ancestor altars, divination, and fire rituals, Samhain provides a meaningful way to celebrate the unseen, drawing us closer to both our heritage and our inner selves.

Samhain blessings to you all! 🎃👻🧙‍♀️🧹🪄

Take a moment to really think about how spring and summer have served you, and what lessons you've learned over this time. As we venture through the darker half of the year, the Earth takes its time to rest and rejuvenate really pushing us to do the same.
You may have noticed that nature is slowly shedding it's summer skin ready for the winter, the leaves are falling from the trees, animals start to go into hibernation, plants and flowers slowly die off yet still full of live in their roots.
Really dive deep into your thoughts and check in with how your feeling before we turn into the dark periods over autumn and winter 🍁🍂

Good morning! This week's reminder is when you focus on the good, the good gets better. Don't dwell on the things that are beyond your control.

15/10/2024

We have The Hunter’s Full Moon on 17th October. This full moon follows the Harvest Moon and traditionally is a signified time for preparing for the long, cold winter months ahead. This moon’s energy is intense for representing action, preparation and transformation. It provides a powerful opportunity to harness cosmic energy for personal reflection and growth.

The Hunter’s Moon derives its name from the time when ancient peoples prepared for the barren winter months by hunting and preserving meat. It rises soon after sunset, offering more light in the early evening than usual full moons. This period symbolized a final push to gather resources and prepare before winter, echoing themes of readiness and perseverance. Spiritually it marks a time for decisive action, letting go of the old and preparing for the future.

The Hunter’s Moon is a potent time for self-assessment and planning for the future. The energy of this moon helps with making critical decisions, setting clear goals and initiating change. To utilize this energy start by reflecting on what you’ve accomplished over the past months and seeing deeply into what no longer serves you. Ask yourself: What do I need to release to make space for new opportunities? This is a time to identify obstacles and clear them out, just as hunters once cleared paths to ensure survival.

How to use the Hunters Moon for practical magic and spiritual growth:

Engage in grounding activities: Trying meditation, journaling or spending time in nature can help gain clarity and focus. It is also an ideal time to clear physical space—cleaning or reorganizing your environment can help reflect your mental decluttering.

Charge crystals and magical tools: The full moon is always a potent time to cleanse and charge any magical property you may have. This can include ritual tools, crystals and also jewellery. By allowing the light of the full moon to cleanse and charge your belongings, this removes any unwanted or old energies and welcome in positive new upbeat vibrations.

Ritual bath: Taking a ritual bath on a full moon can bring you to focus your intentions, bring you clarity and rejuvenate your energy. You can do this by adding herbs, crystals and intention into your bath.

Letting go of what no longer serves you: By letting go of old stagnant energy or situations that no longer serve you, you are making way and heeding the desires you wish to the universe to make way for more practical and abundant things to come into your life. When you let go, you attract more.

The Hunter’s Full Moon is a time of reflection, preparation and action. Its energy encourages us to let go of what no longer serves us, prepare for the future and manifest our deepest desires. By aligning with the power of the Hunter’s Moon we can clear obstacles, set meaningful intentions and take practical steps toward our goals. Whether through meditation, rituals or simply mindful action, this full moon offers a unique opportunity for personal growth and transformation.

Full Moon blessings to you all 🤍
