What a day! We won the Small Group Partnership Award, Highly Commended in the Community Culture & Arts Award. So many amazing local voluntary organisations together in a wonderful venue.

Many of our past Tweeties children attend the Bunker for music tuition from the fab team of tutors there, so come along to help a brilliant cause and to see Chris rocking his electric guitar for a change!

The Bunker CIC is where we practise and where we have all practised at with all of our previous bands over the past twenty years since we were teenagers.

They are in desperate need of a new roof as if not they might face closure.

They provide practise rooms for so many bands and on a weekly basis teach 250 people ranging from 4 years old to 82 years old.

They also help those who are facing mental health issues, unemployment issues and financial issues; through music.

For the next few weeks we're going to be donating £5 from every order on our bandcamp page to The Bunker.

🤛 You must exchange your ticket for a wristband in The Fire Station box office from 12pm before heading to any of the venues.

👀 If you fancy an early start Sunderland rockers Thieves Of Liberty are launching their new album at INDEPENDENT - SUNDERLAND this evening and entry is included in your ticket.

Amazing generosity from the legendary Billy Bragg! We’re all so grateful for this kind gesture. Someone is going to get a piece of history and we’ll get closer to our crowdfunding target ❤️🙏

Its serial number 11942 dates its manufacture to 1959. All parts are original, other than the machine heads and the bridge. Watch this space for another guitar next week.
