Why am i doing this you might ask?

Few reasons:

Because mastering music is a complex and subtle art that I've been doing professionally for the past three or four years. So far I've had some very happy clients - which is wonderful, but I STILL want to get better at it. I would welcome some honest, constructive criticism to give me new perspectives and improve my work and my value as an engineer to my ever growing group of audio production clientele.

I also just love my job. I feel very blessed to be able to make a living doing this kind of work and sometimes it just feels awesome to give back ❤️

Also (obviously) if people dig what I do then it's more than likely that they'll use my services again in the future so it's a win win win! :)

Hey guys, I just wanted to say another massive thank you to all my friends, family and clients that donated to the crowd fund after we lost our studio to the fire recently. I just wanted to update people on how I'm choosing to move forward from this loss.

I've recently expanded my film making gear arsenal with an entry level drone camera and go pro in order to diversify my income, make up for the ongoing financial loss of the fire and finally expand CHASKI into professional film production as well as audio - which has been the plan for some time now. This tragedy, as painful as it has been to have those doors closed, has certainly opened other doors and it feels very much like a phoenix from the ashes scenario.

I'm currently looking for clients to work with me at a HEAVILY discounted rate in order to improve my filming and editing experience and get super slick before I start offering it more commercially at more commercial rates.

So UK medicine community people - I am looking for a manager for my own personal music and potentially for my upcoming record label Chaski - which is very much in it's genesis right now.

I have some really great ideas around a circular, community model of a record label that I need some help in implementing and am slowly and organically putting a team together to do so. My hope is that the amount of work will begin very small with very little time commitment or responsibility, and will organically grow as it learns to fund itself - if that makes sense.

This not for profit project will very much start with the roots and won't ever grow beyond it's means to be properly held in alignment and fully nourished at every level of development. That's my vision.

Made the upgrade to Ableton Live 11. It's really bloody good. MASSIVE difference compared to the 10 upgrade and the suite comes with a donkey's gruff load of cool stuff.

With several exciting projects on the go including work with amazing talent like Susie Ro Music and Ayla Schafer, We are currently taking bookings for December when our new bespoke loft converted recording studio will be ready to go!

With fully diffused, acoustically sound, separate spaces for micing and mixing, it will be quite an upgrade. We're very excited! Some photos of the work in progress are below.
