We have a brilliant mix of stories in this week's Herald - from a man who has a birthday card sent to Hi**er (yes, really) to Nectar points being stolen and even our own (very important) mince pie research. Would you pay £16 for a pack of six mince pies? We did.
Our front page is dominated by an interview with the daughter of Linda Boore, a 75-year-old who was killed in a head-on collision on the A46. The uninsured driver was given a suspended sentence, which has been seen as very lenient and unlikely to send a warning message to other drivers.
We also look at the deputy prime minister's announcement to change local government, getting rid of district and borough councils. Stratford District Council, which marked its 50th anniversary this year, may be absorbed into a unitary authority for Warwickshire.
Steve Sutherland has reviewed the RSC's new production, Twelfth Night, and given it five stars. He believes it's the best Shakespeare production the RSC has staged for a long while.
There's also a look at the debate raging about milk, lots of local sport and even a free puzzle book.
The edition is in shops now or you can subscribe online to get instant access to our e-edition, our app and premium website. It's less than £28 for the year. Here's the link: https://tinyurl.com/2nypdz5r
Now to crack on with next week's edition which has an early deadline... on Monday... gulp!
