Unfortunately I’ve been having back spasms (Matt) during what has been a very difficult 24 hours. 😔

I’m better but not quite fit enough to present so sadly there won’t be a show tomorrow. 😔

As you know, broadcasting on Sg1 Radio, being a radio presenter at such a wonderful station and of course presenting with Ray is a crown jewel of my entire existence. 🩶

However, we’ll be back with a doozy next week! 😁
