🌟 Why I Started My Own Business 🌟

Ever felt like there aren’t enough hours in the day to get everything done AND spend quality time with your family? I was there just over 3 years ago—working all the hours under the sun, feeling like I was missing out on precious moments with my daughter, Ella, and my husband.

Ella was in nursery from 10 months old and then started school, but I was still working late, sometimes until 6:30 in the evening. By the time I got home, it was just in time to see her go to bed. I realized I was missing so much of her life, and that was something I didn’t want to continue.

That’s when I made the decision to take those precious moments back and become my own boss, working the hours I wanted, on my terms.

But how did I make it happen? I stepped up and invested in myself.

I took my passion for technology, something I’ve had since 2002 when I built my own computer, and decided to turn it into something more. I learned how to build websites and create a successful business as quickly as possible, because at the end of the day, it’s all about time—time with family, time for the things that matter most.

In less than a year, I built my business from the ground up. I took a chance on myself, believed in what I could do, and never looked back.

One of the key moments on my journey was being asked to build a website for the pharmacy where I worked. I didn’t know how to at first, but instead of backing away, I signed up for a diploma, studied for 2 hours every evening for 2 years, and learned how to code. That’s when I realized website building was where my heart truly was, and I made the leap from my pharmacy job to launching my own web design business.

I believe that when you put your heart into it, you can achieve anything! 💪🏻

Thank you to everyone who has supported me along this journey. It’s been amazing, and I’m so grateful for the time I now get to spend with my family while doing what I love. 💻✨
