Just watched "One Night in Miami" (amazon prime)... she'd voted for that and I'd voted for "Roadhouse" - so we drew it from a hat. Thank god she won (she being the boss, obs!). That is a pretty much pitch perfect film. The performances are incredible, the script is one of the best I've experienced in years... just blown away. And there's no action per se, just people talking. When I did my degree, we were often told to 'show, don't tell' as a mantra by some of the tutors. Well, I'm glad Kemp Powers, the screenwriter (who also wrote the original play) decided 'tell, don't show' also has it's place. And it was also beautifully filmed too. Highly recommend it to anyone!
