The Box of Delights is a radio show on Ship Full Of Bombs Radio.

We play Funk, Latin, Jazz, Soul, Hip-Hop, Breaks, Disco, Soundtracks and some Classic Library sounds too. A radio show on local Southend internet radio station Ship Full Of Bombs which is hosted by Mark Lancaster. I play all vinyl, funk, soul, jazz dance, Latin, disco, nu-disco, a bit of house, hip-hop and breakbeat. To quote one of our listeners:
