If you are looking or planning to move abroad with ur family as a man or a woman , just know that certain behaviour needs to be changed or will eventually changed if not, there is 50% of that ur marriage crashing.

Abroad does not break homes,but it's people in the marriage that breaks it themselves. I have known and seen so many amazing couples here ,Real happily married in abroad.

To survive as a couple abroad, there must be what we call TEAM EFFORT. There is nothing like this is a man's responsibility or a woman's chores or 50 :50 s**t.

If you want to still be that lovely couple and peacefully family,you both must be willing to sacrifice and compromise. If you can't, better stay back home .

You as a man,once u are about to cross that Sahara desert or Atlantic ocean,open the plane windows and dump that AFRICAN MAN MENTALITY there before landing at ur destination airport .

You as a woman, drop that Oriaku or house wife or my husband will provide for everything MENTALITY before landing or I know my right mentality because u are in a country that women have upper hand, respect ur husband (submit to him ) he is still the head whether you are in China or United Kingdom 🇬🇧.

Also ,before relocating or even planing to relocating, sit down and talk about ur grudges and forgive urselves of past offenses.
Don't bottled it up and then come to foreign land and unleash ur plan or revenge on that man that brought u here.

DON'T DO THESE TO UR VAG!N@:

* Don't use perfumed soaps,shampoo or shower gel in the bath.
* Don't use vag!nal Deodorant, washes or Douches( unless prescribed), u are destabilising the normal pH.
*Avoid wearing an underwear when sleep, let ur VJ breathe
*Do not use strong detergent to wash ur underwears
* Do not Insert anything aside from pen!s into ur vag!na
* Avoid using clothes or tissue during ur periods
*Do not wash the vag!na, it's self cleansing, go and throw that alum and potash 😆
*Avoid multiple se*ual partner, stick to one man
*Avoid wearing wet or damp underwears
*Avoid wiping from back to front after toileting
*Don't just use any lubricant u see on the market for s*x, buy medically and scientifically tested water based lubricants.
* Avoid using saliva as lubricant during s*x 😢 😭 😭
*After s*x, go and urinate and also wash off
* Avoid nylon or rubber pants
