Our kithouse and office is back up and running after the festive break, and we’re excited to start 2025 by getting back on the road with you and your productions. Whether it's top-quality kit, expert crew or production support and advice from our team, we’re ready to support your shoots with the highest professional standards.
Hitting the ground running on our first day back, with a 5 camera equipment hire dropped off to Heathrow, already through customs and well on its way across America for the next 3 months. With plenty of high-end kit still on our shelves now is the best time to get your quotes into us and discuss hires for the upcoming year.

Here’s to a fantastic year of collaboration and creativity ahead!

As we wrap up another fantastic year, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to our clients, partners, and friends for your support and collaboration. This season, may your days be filled with joy, your nights be cozy, and your hearts be full of love and laughter.

Our office is closed from today, but we monitor emails throughout and are all on call should you have a last minute festive filming needs, get in touch in the usual ways.

-Finding Shackleton’s lost ice ship.
On 5th March 2022 the Endurance22 Expedition, organised and funded by the Falklands Maritime Heritage Trust, located the wreck of Sir Ernest Shackleton’s iconic three-masted polar sailing ship, Endurance, which had not been seen since it was crushed by ice in the Weddell Sea in 1915.

This week we wave a fond farewell to one of the Mad Dogs pack. Craig Hookings, our former apprentice and youngest ever employee has left The Dog House this week for the last time and says he aims to pursue a career outside of our industry.

Craig (formerly Dave then Mini Craig or MC to most) joined our ranks in January 2018 as an apprentice after a reference from his dad, a local cameraman and a highly successful work experience week back in July 2017. He clearly impressed that week as he gained his first Broadcast TV credit as a studio camera operator, aged 15!

MC became a permanent member of staff in January 2018. Over the years, Craig went from being a warehouse technician, to a Runner, to a Camera Assistant and occasionally a DIT. He has also grown facial hair, and a mullet!

Craig holds the record for the most 'emergency vehicle recoveries' required by one employee. Considering he lived 5 minutes from the office, thats a pretty impressive record to hold. It wasn't the most reliable of mopeds...
