❗️ULTRA-PROCESSED FOODS❗️
This is an important one a save & refer to when ever you need
These foods are one of MAIN cause of health problems, obesity, depression, skin acne, low energy.
This is because they have very little to zero nutritional value when eaten and are high calorie foods.
These days, there are sooooo many different types of foods that are highly processed and do nothing but worsen your health. This is because the more you eat, the unhealthier you become. The more health problems you develop, the more you go to doctors, the more they prescribe different/ multiple medications for you to take to 'treat' your condition.
The problem is they don't even consider looking at your lifestyle or your nutrition before prescribing medication.
Pharma is a multi- TRILLION $ industry.

You are what you eat.
If you eat crap day in day out, hardly drink any water only fizzy drinks, don't eat veg or fruit. Your diet consists of takeaways or ready meals everyday, bags of snacks in the evening. You are gonna feel and look like s**t, no energy, you'll have no confidence, you'll suffer with acne, eczema. You will most probably be on medication to 'treat' your conditions.
I say this because I been there. I looked and felt like it.
Now I’m not saying to completely cut out all of the foods above. If thats what you want to do & are committed then I applaud you 👏🏼
But lets be realistic. You will want to have a takeaway, an ice cream, or your favourite chocolate bar at some point, right? Ok. So, instead of COMPLETELY RESTRICTING, we can introduce a 80/20 lifestyle. 80% is whole, variety of nutritious foods, drinks water daily. And the 20% is for the little treat, snack, takeaway you fancy.
Its all about BALANCE.
and it first starts with awareness.
Once you're aware, it becomes a choice.
Then you either choose; to continue down the path that is ruining your health OR to make choices that BENEFIT your HEALTH AND WELLBEING
You WILL get your GLOW back, your CONFIDENCE and ENJOY LIFE & ENJOY FOOD - its just a process of re-learning all the s**t you've been conditioned to believe is fine.
and it starts with you WANTING TO!
