The worst thing that happened to social media. Millions of social media managers, automated app fuelled platforms, fake news, Clickbait, p**n and pure mischief. I’m on the point of turning the whole thing off. Now, the introduction of AI means you can no longer believe anything your eyes or your ears hear. Share if you agree. 😔

I’m gradually filling both Saturday & Sunday up, so if any of you would like to play either? PM me. The preference is for happy bands. 🤩🎶 But all welcome to apply.
Please remember this is a free and voluntary festival given as a gift to the city by Southampton’s Music community. If you don’t buy into that, no worries. Don’t do it. 😘 Me … I do it because I want to show what Southampton has to offer musically and help bring a free festival to the city all families can enjoy. Be fair it doesn’t offer much else now! But don’t get me started 🤣🤣🤣

'Last weekend I had a visit from my old England captain, David Beckham. David phoned me and said he was coming over.
That shows you who Beckham is. He didn’t have any need to come here but wanted to do it. He arrived with six bottles of wine, including one from 1948 which is the year I was born. That’s David Beckham as I knew him, an extremely good person.
I’ve had messages from a lot of other England players, like Wayne Rooney and Steven Gerrard.
The most contact I’ve had is maybe from Roberto Mancini, he was my captain in teams for nine years and everybody knows who he is. Mancini and Beckham were very good captains, and fantastic people.'
