To help speed up the process, please try and limit the number of bags you bring and leave any sharp instruments at home.
We are working closely with Northumbria Police who will once again be providing support at the events and ensuring the safety of those attending.
FOOD AND DRINK ๐๐ฅค
You are allowed to bring your own food and drink into the park however there are plenty of catering units as well as licensed bars within the park selling a range of drinks. BBQs are prohibited for safety reasons.
Please help us to keep the park tidy and place litter in the bins provided. Waste bags can be obtained for free from the information unit within the park. Help us to reduce the amount of waste.
TRANSPORT ๐๐๐
If you are travelling by metro, please allow plenty of time for your journey. For details of bus and Metro services head to www.nexus.org.uk. There are numerous car parks located adjacent to Bents Park on South Shields Seafront. There is also overspill provision on the Dragon Playing Fields, next to Sandhaven Holiday Park.
