A collection of rare analogue and digital outboard/instruments within a state of the art hybrid studio and living space. Devon Analogue opened its doors in February 2017 and is a purpose built, truly unique rural recording facility designed and created by Tristan & Elley Grace. The studio blends a mastering grade analogue & digital recording environment with a loft style living space which sleeps
4 people. The sustainable and contemporary build sits privately within a secluded spot; overlooking the rolling green hills of Exmoor. The space has been developed to allow artists to lose themselves within a project be it writing, recording, rehearsing, production or mixing. You will be able to live and breathe your project, escaping the distractions of daily life whilst here to stay. The studios’ hybrid installation blends the best of mastering grade analogue/digital technology and vintage instruments resulting in an effortless workflow, which matched with our calibrated Genelec system creates an amazing sounding space and vibe. The studio space was developed using our talented friends of the studio who are all based in Devon, in order to make sure our studio has a soul. Ranging from bespoke console and furniture design/creation from Ollie at Forma, our wiring wizard Si and designer Ben Drury who helped with our creative direction.
