🌳With the "boom" of family constellations and therapeutic techniques in general, it's easy to fall into the trap of therapeutic shopping, when we're constantly looking for the modality, the session, the practitioner that will "solve our issues". Nothing will ever replace the slow building of relationship with self, and the attention that you bring to your inner life. Therapy is there to support you as you build that for yourself.
