Join Olesia Tanaka and Tom Stacey for an evening of Kundalini Yoga and Kirtan (devotional song and sound - join in or simply listen!) to raise funds for Humanitarian Aid For Ukraine.

An evening of deep relaxation and healing through the process gong meditation. The sound of the gong gives the body a sonic massage helping to; stimulate circulation, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, slow down brainwaves and connect with meditative states.
