We’re selling our children’s books at the Much Wenlock Christmas Fayre tomorrow (Dec 3) and the Condover Christmas Fair on Sunday (Dec 4). Come to the Marche Tales stall and say hi.

We’ll be selling our three special Christmas storybooks as well as our Farmer James series and our popular Robbie The Farm Ranger series and more.

Former Shropshire Farmer Peter R Peake has turned his farming tales and adventures into a series of richly illustrated children’s books that are designed to be fun, easy to read and help youngsters develop a love of reading.

Peter's books will be available at the Marche Tales stand at the Much Wenlock Christmas Fayre on Saturday December and the Condover Hall Christmas Fair on Sunday December 4.

Peter has published three series of books regaling humorous farm capers and calamities with loveable characters based on many of the animals and farm vehicles that were part of his farming life.

The books include the Farmer James series and Robbie The Farm Ranger series, aimed at children aged up to eight, and storybooks and alphabet and counting books for younger children. Three Christmas stories have also been released.

A magical new children's book for Christmas. Snowy’s Lapland Adventure, published by Marche Tales, is filled with stunning illustrations by international illustrators Jeremy Pyke and Kirsteen Harris-Jones.

Snowy the Owl is desperate to see the Northern Lights on Christmas Day and, may be, even Father Christmas himself! It’s another mission for Farm Rescue and three plucky mice who live in the secret Farm Rescue HQ beneath Farmer James’s farm.
