Our story
i am a bookworm is a UK based packager and publisher of children’s books based in the heart of a creative hub in Bristol, Paintworks.
Our story began in 2011, when i am a bookworm was created with the purpose of creating beautiful novelty books and board books that excite, educate and inspire children aged 0-5 to a love of reading.
Since our launch we have sold more than 4 million books worldwide; and our books have been translated into more than 30 different languages across the world.
All of our children’s books have been intelligently designed to promote learning through interaction and to nurture and encourage a child’s development. Our books feature tactile and engaging materials to promote hand to eye co-ordination, colourful and eye catching artwork to encourage imagination and creativity and text that helps develop a child’s reading and writing skills to give them the confidence at a young age to continue growing, learning and developing.
