I'm excited to announce a brand-new Yoga for Menopause class starting every Friday morning from 9:45 - 11:00 a.m. at The Parish Room, St. Michael's Church, Park Road, Shepton Mallet.

This class is designed specifically to support women through the changes of menopause, with gentle movements, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to help you feel empowered, balanced, and refreshed. 🧘‍♀️✨

🌸Is there a way to target belly fat?

Studies have shown that you can help trim visceral fat or prevent its growth with both aerobic activity (such as brisk walking) and strength training (yoga with body weight).

Spot exercises, such as crunches, can tighten abdominal muscles but won't get at visceral fat.

Yoga can also help keep fat from coming back.
