We loved seeing you all at our activities stall yesterday, and we look forward to getting everyone involved!! 🌟

Remember, we have our Welcome Meeting on Monday at 5pm at the Arts Tower in LT2, which we’d like everyone to attend, but… we thought we’d announce our first give-it-a-go session!

If you’re interested in seeing what it’s like to broadcast a show and have a go yourself, even though you’ve never done it before, please come along! We’ll also have our podcast studio open for you to have a look at, and committee members will be available to talk you through everything we do😊

Come along anytime that suits you between 5-7pm on Thursday 26th, in our Media Hub (upstairs in the SU)!

As well as being at the activities fair tomorrow (stall 139) we are also hosting our Welcome Meeting on Monday evening! Whether you're new to Forge or coming back after the summer it'll be great to see you!

The welcome meeting is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have, catch up with Forge and find out what you can get involved in over the coming year!

It will be taking place from 17:00 on Monday the 25th of September in Lecture Theatre 2 of the Arts Tower (that's in the basement).

On the 24th April, a brand new group of students is going to be elected to run Forge Radio - and YOU could be one of them!

Applications are now open to run in our AGM, and will stay open until 6pm on the 21st April. You can find the application form at the link below:

Whether you’re cheering on Team Hallam or the Black and Gold, have loads or no media experience, we want you to help cover varsity.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Forge Radio apologises for the delay in releasing the results of our EGM. That said, everything’s in order now, and we’re proud to announce the winners of our EGM!

Intro week is finally upon us - and after a brilliant Day 1 at the Activities Fair, we've got a couple of exciting dates for your diaries...

Firstly, our Give it a Go, Forge Radio's Open Studio, is taking place on Thursday, 29th of September from 15:00-18:00 in the Media Hub (Students Union, Level 4)
