18 Year old teenager has passed away after Sheffield police pursuit ended in a horrible crash.

East Bank Road in Sheffield had been closed for much of yesterday afternoon (December 23, 2024) following the crash, which required air ambulance support.

** BIN DAY CHANGES ** Don't be caught out!!

Bin collection days for households that usually have a collection on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday will change over the Christmas period:
• Wednesday 25 December collections will be Today, Saturday 21 December
• Thursday 26 December collections will be on Friday 27 December
• Friday 27 December collections will be on Saturday 28 December
Residents experiencing these changes will see a bin tag detailing the altered collection dates attached to their bins.

Household Waste Recycling Centres will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day, and will close at 2.30pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
