Please see below the terms and conditions of booking a rehearsal slot in our rehearsal space. Although thankfully all our users are respectful and treat our room and equipment with respect and care the new policy on cancellations will come into effect on the 1st of April 2023.

Terms & Conditions of booking.
By making a booking with The Black Room Rehearsal Studios, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Booking Procedure
Rehearsal and Studio bookings may be booked online, by phone, by email or in person and must be paid for in advance. Payment can be made via our online booking system or by bank transfer.

The minimum duration for a booking is 1 hour. Block booking and long-term hire is available by special request.
Cancellations & Amendments
If you need to cancel your booking, refunds can be offered under the following conditions:
โข Less than 24 hoursโ notice โ No refund
โข Less than 72 hoursโ notice โ 50% refund
โข More than 72 hoursโ notice โ Full refund
We reserve the right to amend or cancel your booking at any time without liability to us. We will try our best to make alternative arrangements. If that is not possible, we will refund any monies paid with respect to that booking.
For customers booking practice rooms using the online system, an admin fee of ยฃ1 will be deducted from any applicable refunds.
Use of the Rehearsal and Recording Studio
You will be expected to leave the rooms in the condition in which you find them and must remove all your personal belongings at the end of your session.
Please be aware that there may be a booking immediately following yours, so you will be required to leave the room promptly at the end of your session.
Please treat all the equipment with care if you are unsure about settings or use ask a member of staff for assistance.
Smoking is not permitted in any area in this building. We reserve the right to eject any person caught in violation of this policy.
Food and drink must not be placed on the amps or speakers.
As a condition of your use of these rehearsal rooms, you agree that you will not use the room for any purpose that is unlawful.
Damage & Theft
The customer making the booking is responsible for any damage to the room, property and equipment and will be charged for the replacement or repair for any damage or loss that is deemed to be caused by misuse or theft.
We make every effort to ensure the condition of our practice rooms and equipment is always in serviceable condition. It is advisable that if you do discover any damage to the room or the equipment, to notify a member of staff as soon as possible.
The Black Room Rehearsal Studios are open to the public. Customers are responsible for the security of their own belongings.
