This pansit is superb 😋 😋
Recipe: 410g egg noodles
210 grams of pac choi / petchay
250 grams of grilled chicken
1 small courgette/zucchini
1 whole big white onion 🧅
5 gloves of garlic 🧄
1 tablespoons of oyster sauce
2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Caldereta lamb steak
Caldereta is a Pilipino stew
Composed of carrots, potatoes, bell pepper 🫑
Tomatoe sauce (caldereta mix ) Liver paste, olives 🫒, chickpeas 😋. Pan fried lamb steak 4 minutes ( you can use goat , beef , chicken & pork too)
then put caldereta mix / or tomato sauce 4 tbsp. Add 1 cup of water simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Put the carrots & potatoes
Cooked for another 5 minutes then Add the olives , chickpeas and bell pepper 🫑 salt & paper to taste 😋Enjoy .
