Leopard 1 can be considered one of the most successful armoured vehicles built in the West.
Nearly 5,000 Leopard 1 MBTs were produced from 1965 until 1984. It was purchased by ten countries as-new builds.
Eight countries acquired additional refurbished or converted tanks, bringing the total number of countries using the Leopard 1 series to twelve.
Even after 50 years of service, the Leopard 1 family remains in service today with five countries. However, the fate of those no longer serving is covered in detail here.
This book looks at the last days of those used by Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands and Norway.
All the images capture a moment in time.

Danish Leopard 1 LW003 decal sheets
I am constantly being asked if am going to reprint the Danish decal sets for Leopard 1.
The simple answer is sorry, no. I am winding down Leopard Workshop towards retirement, as most of you know.
For those who did buy the sets, each of those decal sheets had several alternative vehicles, so there will be a lot of unused spares around.
If you have any spares from part-used sheets that you are unlikely to use, can you please PM me here on FaceBook?
Likes are not needed. Just decals please, so I can help customers.

Summary
RFM has created an excellent kit with its Leopard 2 Kit. The interior of the entire Leopard 2 alone is unique. The kit of the Leopard 2 A6 comes with many great detailed components, which are distributed over 20 sprues. The combination with clear parts, etched parts and the use of polycaps are well thought out. The interior design with its variety of details simply ingenious. The lover of modern military equipment or the "Leo friend" will get their money's worth with this kit.

Now, a new chapter in the story of the Leopard 2 in use with the Danish Army is being written.
With the introduction of the Leopard 2A7DK, Denmark has become a member of an exclusive club of users of the latest Leopard 2 variant.
With the introduction of the Leopard 2A7DK, their existing vehicles with, for instance, better armament and better armour.
