Hey folks!
We’re experiencing a high number of cancellations at the moment, so just a reminder that any sessions booked must be cancelled with more than 48 hours notice. Any less than this and you will still be charged for the hours booked.

We understand that unpredictable things can happen, but it is often impossible for us to fill cancelled slots at short notice and if we didn’t have this policy we would probably have to close our doors!

We thank you for your understanding.

We’re going to be celebrating 10 years of Noiseboy Studios this month. We can’t believe it’s been this long and it’s testament to this city full of fantastic and dedicated musicians that we’re still here.

We have made a few changes to rehearsals at Noiseboy Studios!

Firstly, our Saturday opening ours are now 10:00-19:00. Every other day of the week is still 10:00-23:00.

We do offer out of hours rehearsal bookings too, subject to availability. (Charged at an outside hours rate).

Also, when making a rehearsal booking, your session is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp. This helps us to manage bookings and minimise miscommunication or other human errors!

We are busier than ever, and are so grateful to have so many talented folks using our facilities! We are constantly trying to work out ways to improve our business to deliver the best rehearsal experience that we possibly can!

New year, New (old) gear!

We’re back and we’ve been fixing and replacing some equipment, reorganising our spaces and coming up with exciting new plans to make sure that you always have a quality experience when you rehearse with us!

We’re proud to be a local, independent business catering for the diverse, talented and rich music scene in Greater Manchester. It’s great to see familiar faces back in the rooms after our short break and we’re looking forward to welcoming some new faces this year also!

It’s that time of year again! Thank you so much to everyone who has been a part of it. We’ve recorded some amazing bands, and our rehearsals have been busier than ever. We are so grateful to you all!

We will be closed for our festive break between 23.12.23 and 03.01.24 to spend time with our families and loved ones.

We hope you have had a wonderful year and we look forward to some exciting new projects in 2024

I’m so proud to have been a part of this record, and it’s always a pleasure to have the guys in the studio. Even got to throw a couple of guest vox on, see if you can guess the tracks 😈

This band have a work rate like no other, always on the road and still having time to write and record multiple releases a year.

Been experimenting with the direct out on our Microtubes 500v2 amp. I normally run into our Ampeg 610 and mic it up, but the speaker emulations in the Darkglass Suite are really cool and offer a bunch of different sonic options.

There wasn’t much information on official sites regarding running the amp without a load on the speaker output, so I was slightly tentative about doing it. (I’m still very much a valve amp using dinosaur 😂)

Due to late cancellations, we now have both the live room and small room availability tomorrow evening (14.09.23). They’re available at a discount rate if you book in now!

We are experiencing a lot of last minute cancellations at the moment, so we’d like to remind you that we have a 48 hour cancellation policy on all bookings. While we understand that unforeseen events do happen, this policy is necessary to protect us. As a small, independent business, late cancellations and no shows can really hit us hard.

Great dudes, great tunes, get ready for this one 🖤

After a long time of writing, tracking, editing and mixing. Tonight we had the first opportunity to listen to the mixes for our upcoming Debut Album 'Where The Old Roots Grow"

There's still a few final touches before the long awaited album is finally complete, but we're very excited to tell you that it's already sounding so much better than we could have ever hoped for and we cannot wait to share it with you beautiful people! 🖤

We want to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to Chris over at NoiseBoy Studios for bringing his exceptional talent and hard work to what we're confident will be be an album which we can be proud of and holds strong for many years to come.

We have a lot of updates on this coming to you over the next few weeks so stay tuned and we'll look forward to celebrating the release of "Where The Old Roots Grow" with you all at the KARMA'S PUPPET ALBUM LAUNCH SHOW @ GRAND CENTRAL,MANCHESTER + MEXICAN PAINKILLER/VMBRA/DYSTOPIAN SUN on Sunday 15th October!!!
