Last week I commented on a post of an ex client I worked with 🫶

This shows the power of the iheart resilience framework & model 💙

Mum reached out initially because her daughter was having anxiety about going out, social situations and thinking there was something inherently wrong with her.

Once she saw her true nature and started to understand her thoughts, feelings and the logic her of her mind, alot of the overwhelm & panic melted away.

Of course she is human and from time to time she may feel pressure and worrisome thoughts. Yet now, she has an understanding of her psyche and she will use the power within to guide her through challenging times.

As Mum says, she is now a "different child." I still get blown away by these results 🙏🏼

Who would we all be if we reached our fullest potential?

Session 2 of the resilience training programme at Nebula Centre today where we discussed the possibility of wellbeing 🌤 residing in all human beings 🥰

We redefined what wisdom is & saw the innate intelligence that lies inside all human beings.... no exceptions👌

The highlight of the day was seeing the goats 🐐 Ted & Rupert basking in the sun 🌞

Our mind is the tool that navigates us through life,stay on track by discovering how it works🙌

I educate young people about their innate mental health, I do this with no attachment to outcome. I just share something profoundly hopeful that helped me through overwhelming grief, anxiety and depression after losing my mum and dad.

These are the results of learning about your mind ✨️ This is one mums message about her son and his anxiety symptoms before school each day.

Working with young people and their parents doing this work is a privilege!

At iheart, we use a metaphor of the Sun 🌞 to introduce what we mean by which is a very powerful concept.

As we go further into the programme we discuss all the things that can potentially cover up our ☁️ 🌤 using clouds.

Written on the clouds ⛅ you will see what students have given me as their own examples which are becoming increasingly common.

My mission is to get this programme into the hands of our young people so they can reconnect with their and that's already built into them as part of their factory settings.

I love to show young people how our does get covered up and how we can uncover it again.
