We are a local independent family retailer that has been established for over 25 years. We are a friendly traditional little shop with an abundance of goodies.

These range from newspapers and magazines, confectionary, stationery, toys, beach goods, groceries, National Lottery, postcards, postage stamps, greetings cards and gifts. We also provide a weekly dry cleaning and shoe repair service. If you can't see what you need then please ask and we will do our very best to obtain it.

We will be getting restocked with Ellen George Waxes products on Wednesday 31st January.

That’s right on Wednesday 31st January Ellen George Waxes will be re-opening and will be in full swing to make 2024 my best year yet.

So don’t forget to set a reminder to your phones and diaries about Wednesday 31st January my Etsy shop will be open and Bonningtons will be fully stocked.

With the sad passing of Her Majesty the Queen and her State funeral being declared a Bank Holiday, we will be closed on Monday 19th September to allow staff to pay their respects and commemorate her 70-year reign, along with her dedicated service as monarch to this country.
