PROJECT REVEAL: The Master bedroom en-suite☝🏼
The brief was to create a hotel style bathroom that felt connected to the bedroom in both colour and style. I opted for a warm grey textured tile, brushed brass details and carried through the curves from the bedroom with the mirrors and wall lights.
I have more views to share of this space soon… there may be a reeded glass walk in shower and herringbone tiles involved🤩

PROJECT: Girl’s (tween) bedroom with a quirky feature (read to the end)🌿
My client’s oldest daughter wanted a calm, natural room that she could really call her own. This space needed to grow with her as she enters her teens in a couple of years and beyond…
This room originally had a 50s style built in sink and this was a quirk my client really wanted to keep. I mean, who wouldn’t love your own vanity/ make up station growing up?! So we made it feel more contemporary with slatted panels and a fluted style sink

PROJECT: Master Bedroom
Last year I worked with this lovely family to re design their living room and playroom, I was so grateful to be asked to work with them again upstairs, re designing all the bedrooms.
3 children’s rooms, all with different briefs to suit their personalities and this Master suite 👆🏼
The brief? A calming, luxe hotel feel that’s a space to retreat to. With bespoke carpentry and curtains, I really loved how this space turned out. What do you think, did it hit the brief?

Sorry not sorry for staying the same…

Calming and timeless are the words I use when designing my home. Classic shapes and neutral tones that I know I won’t get tired of.
It does mean that you don’t get to see lots of big transformations round here (sorry). Instead, it’s just small tweaks here and there to freshen up a room.
Do you get itchy feet often and want to change rooms a lot or are you more like me?

ad Finally a day where I can put the sofa cushions out without fear of rain. Is the mad dash to get everything in before it gets drenched finally over? ☀️
I had these new sofa cushion covers made using the most beautiful outdoor fabric, kindly sent from
I love the stripes/ the boucle and the soft neutral tones. The wavey cushion is also made from 100% recycled plastic… it’s genius. Swipe for the close ups.
They’re water repellent, anti mould and anti fade too, so not only pretty but super practical for outdoor use 🙌🏼
Who’s getting the garden cushions out today or have I spoken too soon?
Fabrics used - Stripes are from the Rock collection in Band “Flax”
Waves are from the Tide collection in Pool Recycled “Sage”

Small hallway details that made sense👇🏼
1. A long floor runner to draw the eye through and up to the stairs. I kept the stair runner light and bright too, so it opens up this narrow space further.
2. Multi functional furniture like this coat rack and display shelf. It’s important to add personality to your hallway and this shelf gives me a spot to style whilst also much needed coat and bag storage 🙌🏼
Your walls are your secret weapon in narrow spaces
3. A small pendent that doesn’t swamp the hallway. I’ve made sure it gives some added texture with the soft waves and love that this one’s porcelain too🤍
4. A USB light because I have no sockets here but want to create ambiance at night. There are so many options of rechargeable lamps now, they’ve been a game changer.
If I had the wall space I would have added a mirror but unfortunately it’s just too snug! My next small space project is my utility room… coming later this year.
Do you struggle with small spaces?

A home tour in stills 👇🏼
1. My kitchen corner, soon to be going a lovely shade of green. I gifted my Monstera to a much better home recently too… I was killing it slowly 🙈🌿
2. My little garden corner ft the fluted table I gave a beige facelift recently
3. Might be my favourite corner in the house and I’ll always be glad I took the plunge and went for this large pendent here
4. Practical, Scandi style storage in my home office
5. The green creeping into my living room, this time a moodier, olive tone
6. The most useful piece of furniture I think I have for my narrow hallway
7. The front garden project🌿
8. My reeded glass door of dreams leading to the en-suite and ft a chair icon
9. Little bedroom details
10. The en-suite project, the tiniest room in the house

Texture and shape I’ve introduced lately👇🏼
1. My curvy, cosy bench which has made my bedroom feel really special
2. A shell vase in the bathroom, which has a lovely natural feel to it
3. Pluggable reading lights in a reeded, brass finish. Practical and pretty✨
4. A window box for the kitchen that looks like a cloud ☁️
Changes don’t need to be big, the littlest additions like these have made these rooms feel more interesting again.
Who’s here for all the texture?

Close, closer, closest👆🏼
Swipe to see more details of my new reading lights.
You seemed to love them when I shared them on stories yesterday, so I thought they deserved a spot of their own.
I’ve struggled to find aesthetically pleasing reading lights that ticked all my boxes. Brass. Reeded. Pluggable (I’m not ready to channel out this wall for mains powered yet)✔️
Then I found these 🫶🏽

ad I recently updated my office space with "Bridge Home" collection to add some much needed storage. My samples seem to be multiplying!
As I work from home I’ve struggled to find furniture that doesn't feel too cold and office like, until I found this collection. The Bridge range balances form and function so perfectly.
We want our furniture to be practical but that doesn't mean it can't look good doing it.
There are 15 colours to choose from, whether you decide to keep it neutral like me with "Chalk White" and "Oak" or fancy a pop colour.
Each piece can be customised to you using the online configurator and ordering colour samples to check you love it
I've added the 3 drawer unit here to sit next to the 2 door sideboard and it's completely changed how I feel about this space. Soft, natural and calming
Head to my stories to take a closer look at the collection. Would you go neutral like me or be bold and add a colour pop? Let me know!

I had a shoot here on Monday (you may have seen my stories), so I grabbed the opportunity to capture some still shots with the little details.
Image 1: captured by of my favourite chair and mirror
Image 2: Niki Jones cushions
Image 3: Sarah Woods print bought on my birthday in Penzance
Image 4: Some interior books I love
Image 5: My Muuto link vase filled with all the green and white flowers 🌱
It’s a very minimal space but it’s the details that make it feel good for me. We’re putting up some lovely, fluted wall lights today so stayed tuned💡
Who’s ready for the scorcher of a weekend we’re about to have?
P.S never have I had so many DMs about my steamer on Monday so I’ve linked it in stories😀

Spain was the reset I needed. Its been a difficult start to the year for lots of reasons so the past 10 days have been well overdue.
Like every holiday or trip I always take hundreds of interiors photos or things I find interesting so here’s just 10 of those. This was so hard to whittle down so I’ll share a few more on stories too🎬
There’s definitely a theme of rattan, texture, oversized things and neutrals 🫶🏽 That ceiling and broken tiled floor (a modern take on crazy paving?) really wowed me and the shop full of travertine chopping boards was a find!
See you soon x

From nothing to something 🪄
Our front garden was never a focus and for years was just a dead space.
We really felt like it had potential and after a few weekends of work (and back ache) we’ve managed to make it feel more inviting when you walk through our gate. It’s amazing how much it’s changed how I feel when I come home.
This spot gets all the evening sun, so a nice little space now to eek out the Summer evenings. If you didn’t catch the full transformation I’ve saved a new highlight so you can have a watch. And, if you’re interested in a quick before shot just head to my stories 🌱
What’s next on your Summer project list? Whilst I’m on holiday I’m making plans! Reeded glass lounge cupboard incoming😊

The tiniest but my favourite room in the house ☝🏼Our en-suite was really so much fun to design.
I knew I wanted it to feel spa like and didn’t want to compromise just because it’s a small space.
Here’s what I decided to do and most importantly would do all over again:
•Huge shower doors that almost go to the ceiling, this gives a feeling of more space and light
•Used a mixture of kitkat tiles on the walls and a warmer stone on the floor to layer up those textures
•Brass hardware that looks the same today as when it was installed over a year ago
•Finally, that sink! I’ve always loved the idea of a concrete sink as a bit of a wow piece, I chose a warm soft shade here which really adds depth to the scheme, plus I lined it up to be centre stage when you open the door (swipe to the last image)
I really wanted to share that even if your rooms aren’t huge, you don’t have the “instagram” mega bathroom, it doesn’t matter. Every space can be made to feel special 🤩
Do you have a small room you’d love to feel more lovely?

What I think about to create a calm home 🌱
You might have seen on my stories it’s been a stressful few days with the little pooch. I’m always grateful to have a calm space to come home too and one I can truly unwind in.
I’m not wildly into following trend, instead I am into this👇🏼 to maintain that calm balance;
•Buying furniture and accessories in soft shapes, eliminating as many hard edges as possible. This creates a more organic, relaxed feel.
•Neutral colour schemes that feel warm, soft and cocooning. Anything too bold or too saturated just doesn’t work for me and my mind can’t switch off
•Keeping design simple. I hate over complicating anything, especially when it comes to our homes. Choosing classic shapes and natural materials that I’ll always love means I don’t feel the need to constantly change my home and can relax 🌱
What do you focus on when you design your home?

A slow intro to pattern and colour for me but keeping it always keeping it neutral. Here’s how I achieved it👇🏼
• Added touches of green with cushions and a footstool to bring in richer tones and the “outside in”
• Used a throw, rug, ceramics and artwork to add subtle pattern and depth to the sofa
TIP✨ If you’re adding pattern, keep the colour palette tight to a max of 3 or choose different tones of the same colour, this way they’ll work together and won’t fight with each other. Lastly, mix the scale of the prints you use so everything isn’t all tiny or huge.
Although still a neutral space, these added elements make it feel warmer, cosier and changes up the look super fast.

Dividing an open plan space👇🏼
In my recent project we had one large open plan living/ dining area which meant I had to find a way to zone it. Lighting, rugs and art are good options to achieve this but this space needed some more planning due to its shape.
One of my favourite ways to zone is with furniture. By flipping the sofa around to have its back to the dining area, it immediately forms a natural divide. However, It’s back is low enough to still ensure the spaces are connected and sociable.
You could do this with 2 armchairs, a console table or reverse this and use the dining table as the divide. It’s a really simple way to overcome those open plan issues.

Home from an Easter get away and to a new view I’m loving right now🌱
Your hallway should give a little taster of your style and instantly feel like home.
Whatever it’s size, I truly believe we can give this little teaser as soon as we walk through the front door.
Here’s mine👆🏼, I’d describe it as calm, warm and neutral. Using shelf accessories in my style and natural materials on the floor and wall it gives a little insight into what’s to come…
How would you describe your style?
