Turn around time for mastering services are normal 2 weeks
Please allow for some space in your volume of each track roughly set your master volume to -6db this will allow for more head room also switch off any limiters and compressors on your master channel and also switch of any analog emulators on any compressor you use.
Stem Mastering is a more enhanced form of mastering that allows for a more surgical way of mastering as it allows more control over frequency isolation, dynamics and attention to any problems with the instrumentation of your track.
