Production and Operations Manager. What is that?
Here she is telling Luke, the Director, what’s what on set.
An absolutely essential part to all productions. Often it can be thought the creatives make the film happen and work. Which they do, to a degree.
But how does all of the locations, permissions, timings, crew, communications, call sheets and feedback get pulled together? That’s through the Production or Operations Manager. In our case, that’s the wonderful pronounced Kash-a.
Referred to as someone great with people, the central cog in a successful production and a breath of fresh air there’s never a detail she overlooks.
So if you see her name pop up, contact you or meet her on set you now know she’s the real deal and a vital team member for us.
