What an awesome explore this was;
Huge abandoned manor house/hall with small recording studio inside!!! 😱
Had this pinned for a while but just never got round to going.....until today!
So glad I did it was waaaay better than we expected, decay/peely paint wise etc, loved it😁👌

⚠️Abandoned Grammar School For Boys⚠️
Third time lucky for me this, tried twice before and failed miserably!!!
But since the last time I tried, work/renovation/conversion has started so it was a lot easier (no secca!)
Anyway, it's pretty much stripped out now of all furniture etc but there's still a lot of its original features left like stairwells, iron banisters and windows so it was definitely worth a trip back 😉

Tried this place 2yrs ago but there was no access.....tried it again today and there was! ☺️
A lot of it has been stripped out and/or demo'd but there is still a fair bit to keep up the interest for a lil' mooch!
I'll post more later as I'm off to the next one now before I start losing light 😉👌
ps. I'm in Birmingham if anyone was wondering...

Hi all, you may - or may not - have noticed I haven't posted for a coupla days... 🤔
Well there's 2 reasons:
1) A bad shoulder and 2) My car.
Shoulder's on the mend but the car needs a bit of work doing so I'm booked in for first thing Friday morning so until then I'll be posting some older explores.

This place was a crackin' £1.3m mansion that had sat abandoned for a few years before being burnt out in 2021... 😔
