R.i.p.Tony Adamson who's idea it was to record a range of backing tracks,entitled..Do it Your Way. Debbie is on BV'S and I'm playing the Trumpet parts. From memory the rest of the band were from the Sounds Of The Commitments. Second track is the backing track....have fun..........

Just heard the very sad news that Stuart Burkitt has left us for the giant Ballroom in the Sky. Great memories of Stuart who was one of the foremost sequence dance Organists in the Country. The L.P. was recorded here at M.F.S. and features an original composition by Stuart entitled Rumbatina, named after and dedicated to his Daughter. Great Album title as he always wore an enormous 'Smile'..... Fond memories indeed...R.I.P. Condolences to all the Family.

Yet another enjoyable session yesterday with 13 year old Lara. Brief demo from Debs on 'Drop Ins' In the good old days it would have been a half hour cut and splice tape job....now it's instant. Drop in with one hand drink coffee with the other. How times change.

Debbie and I wearing yet anoter hat.......well I am at least....lol

Debbie getting ‘in the zone’ during the level check for Johnny Victory’s latest session. It helps if the engineer is as mad as a box of frogs, however, an Album of 12 songs recorded, mixed and mastered in 4 hours…….this has got to be the way forward me thinks!!!

Recorded an awful lot of Folk bands,players,singers etc.over the years and it was great to have Samantha in laying down some tasty tracks....loved it. Quick level check/practice before the dreaded red light comes on. Sam's also coming back to record some vocals with Debs....can't wait.
