After deciding to try a hay bag with the boys and hunting down a “safe” one where they could not get stuck in it or be at risk of suffocating and trying it out for a few months we have decided it’s just not for us.
I feel like Gus in particular has to work really hard to get to his hay and that’s just not right or fair. So we have switched back to big hay piles on the floor. This time we have got a little litter box to help keep it somewhat contained 😂
I now have two very happy little boys! Gizmo was so excited he popcorned right on in there and got stuck in to munching right away ❤️

It is with a very heavy heart I have to post this 💔
This morning our rescue piggie Stipe decided to cross the Rainbow Bridge 😭 despite showing some signs of improvement and managing to gain some weight he was just to ill and to mistreated for us to be able to save him.
I’m so glad he was with us when it happened and I got to hold him till the end.
You were the most friendliest little pig I’ve ever known, always loved and enjoyed your cuddles and always so happy to see us when we can onto the room.
I’m so glad you were able to try some fresh veggies and know what a good home felt like, even for a short while.
I truly hope your at peace now little man ❤️ sleep well 💔😭🌈
