Today is almost gone and will never be back. Shining my teeth for my loved ones(family, good friends, enemies, freenemies etc) for the grace to see this day alongside with them❤️🤣. The Almighty needs to know we are grateful indeed. Let’s spread goodwill even to those who we report to the Almighty to forgive- for they do not know what they are doing!!!❤️

Halleluyah🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 By God's mercy, we can all learn how to use our wounds to gain insights of how to live well💪🏽. It actually pays to use these insights to make the joy of the Lord our strength.

Is the Lord joyful over that behaviour, action or decision you are into? Do not lean just on your own understanding. In all of our ways, we must acknowledge the purpose of what we do- is it for pride, revenge, evil, power etc? Think it through!!!!!!

Where is your compassion? Where is the proof of your compassion? Where is the proof of your sincere (not counterfeit) interest in the other’s welfare?

The needs of the other should not be neglected just because you are into self-care. There is a difference between putting your self first and being selfish or being indifferent to what the other is passing through whether good or bad. You are a TOXIC person when you are unbothered about the needs of the other especially when those needs are clearly communicated to you but you INTENTIONALLY lock your soul from being nice. Willingness to compromise should be a priority with a CONSISTENT approach to wanting to be a NICE person! May James

1. Unnecessary Shame: Scared of society’s condemnation of our shape, job, weight, problems, our mental health issues, our physical and mental disabilities, etc which impacts on us not to be ourselves or authentic.

2. Appropriate Shame: Ashamed of our faults, rightly so, because we messed up in terms of doing the wrong things- but we are ready to own up to the faults and grow from them.

People who are resentful want you to come down to their level. Try not to do that. If you do what they want, they will feel like they have won, which will enable them the more to be resentful towards you.. Instead, keep your eyes open and let God Almighty take care of the revenge.
