Think you have to post every single day to see growth? Think again! ❌

The idea that daily posts are a must is simply not true. I know it might sound controversial, but putting that pressure on yourself is really unfair. There are so many reasons why daily posting might not be feasible.

The key is to posting consistently, is a schedule that works for you and aligns with your goals and REMEMBER, to post relevant content! Daily posting is not necessary, not sustainable, and frankly, unrealistic. You'll end up feeling lost and unmotivated by not seeing instant results, and it's easy for the quality of your posts to drop. Especially when you remember you haven't posted and throw something at your grid in a frenzy!

I promise you’ll still see growth while keeping healthy boundaries around Instagram if you create a plan, create content that your audience wants to see, and don't overload them with content they struggle to engage with.

Does anyone else feel like Instagram does something great, before throwing something sh*tty back at us? 🤯

Well, while we were all excited about IG supporting creators and giving credit for original content, Meta has just announced 3 new Verification packages for Creators & Businesses on IG.

It feels like a - want more reach/followers, then PAY MORE jobby!!

Anyways... I believe it's being rolled out as a trial, so who knows if it will stay around long term, or if it will have a huge effect on IG users.
