Supporting our clients at the Solex Exhibition.

We booked a hotel and stayed overnight so we could spend a day on both Traeger Grills UK & Ireland and Extreme Lounging.

For each client we:
· Spoke with retailers and distributors
· Took photos of the team
· Documented the day with videos
· Snapped pictures of their products
· Strategised future marketing
· General event assistance

Marketing is an integral part of any business. We believe the closer you work with the management and sales team the more successful your marketing will be.

Not only are these events a great way to learn more about the products we market, it also a research opportunity. By speaking with customers we hear the common questions and can dive deeper into their perceptions of the products.

Genevieve at Solex last week supporting the Traeger Grills team. Here you can see the print designs that she assisted with and prepared for print. Most printed areas on the Traeger Grills stand passed through Genevieve’s computer.

During Solex, she helped the Traeger team with handing out samples of the food, assisted the demo chefs and aided the sales representatives. A nice introduction to one of our long-standing clients and an amazing brand.

As part of the recent rejigging of our office and work (due to Terri leaving on maternity) Lee has taken charge of our Traeger duties.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

Terri has certainly set the bar high with her previous years of work growing the Instagram account from 3,500 to over 42,000 followers. Terri is a fount of knowledge, and we expect Lee will be leaning heavily on this to ensure the social media account continues to succeed.

A big part of our work as a marketing agency is producing content.

From photos, videos, graphics and copy. We create a wide range of content for all our clients to use primarily on social media. However, much of this content is also used on their websites, in print and even published.

Terri is soon to take leave from the business as she is expecting her first child.
Please join us in congratulating Terri on this most amazing news!

As you can imagine this means a lot of changes for the business but all services will continue as usual. Terri will remain a director and we are taking bets as to how long it will be before she wants to come back.

Not only do we assist Extreme Lounging with their social media but we also help with bigger marketing tasks. For example, here are some product photos we shot for their new product, the B-Poufee. Currently selling well in many UK high-street retailers.

One of our core objectives for Extreme Lounging and our other larger clients is to build an archive of product images. These act as useful digital assets for social media and retailers to use when selling the products.

These shots of the B-Poufee were taken at the amazing onsite brewery. Shoutout to, Jimbrew for allowing us to use his space to shoot these pictures. A highly recommended venue with awesome gluten-free and craft beer!

Marketing Tip: Make your space Instagrammable.

Sometimes there are quick marketing wins and sometimes you can build marketing opportunities into your business. A case and point is this photo from a recent opening party at Magret Mason Florist.

Make your professional space, be it a warehouse, office or outdoor location Instagrammble. Design props or architectural features that lend themselves to people wanting to take selfies or photos of your space. Make your business an Instagram location.

The benefit of this is that a certain percentage of visitors will publish photos of your business for free! They do the marketing for you. Great social media and digital marketing often involves nurturing and encouraging others to share your story.

Terri had the pleasure of delivering a low and slow cooking demonstration at the most recent Traeger FUNdamentals event.

We find this highly amusing as Terri is a vegetarian and the cooking demonstration was for 20-hour slow-cooked pulled pork. All present agreed the pulled pork was amazing.

Not only does Terri assist Traeger with social media but she also helps with wider marketing responsibilities which include retailer training, POS, ambassador management and influencer connection

As the new rubs and sauces hit the shelves across Europe we were tasked with capturing product photos for use online and to send to retailers. We also assisted with the social media launch of the products and worked directly with the UK, EU and German teams.

Product Launch! Traeger Rubs and Sauces

Go Team Traeger 🤩 It’s such a pleasure to work with an innovative brand such as Traeger and so much fun to assist with this recent product launch. Social Media Video Production

Bespoke video training with Buzz Education. A practical day that saw us generate content ideas and take to the cameras to shoot footage. The session ended with a lesson on Adobe Premiere Pro about editing footage and adding captions. Shout out to the team from Buzz Education that attended the session. We were super impressed with the energy, ideas, motivation and commitment these outstanding individuals brought to the session.

We were not sure this would work until we saw the final edit. Competition running until next Sunday (17th Dec 2023). Visiting our client, Black Box BBQ and dropping off a Traeger Grill to England Cricketer David Willey. All in a days work for a social media agency. Just part of our trip down South to meet up with George from Black Box BBQ and complete a few Traeger tasks. Big shoutout to George for showing us the local area and hosting a fantastic night out.

We drove over 200 miles to shoot this video for our client Black Box BBQ. Not only was it worth it to see their impressive new barbecue shop, but we also had a fantastic time hanging out with them. It's an adventure to remember.

Today, we were shooting videos with Tom from Traeger Grills UK & Ireland, and he was so tall that Terri needed ladders 😆 How tall do you think Tom actually is? This shoot is part of the Traeger 101 series, which we have been filming to educate audiences about the core features of Traeger Grills! We all know Tom is a font of knowledge when it comes to Traeger. However, it takes a while for him to warm up to the camera lens... so hands up, who wants to see his outtakes 🤔

The office referb continues and we hit a milestone on our 12-year-old birthday. Our first neon sign. Do you like it?

So, on day two, we headed for the track to capture some car action and managed to record this. A snippet of this footage was used in the main feature video.
