You will see that I’ve not been posting much on this page recently and that’s genuinely because I intended to use it only as my business page.

I wanted to update you all a little on my current situation. I am posting every day on my TikTok and generally enjoying that platform. I have some more health issues that have come to light which are requiring lots of investigations, therefore I’m preserving my energy. Self care😁

Last year was a very challenging year health wise and I dare say this year will have it's challenges too! However, here is an example of how the work I do impacts lives. Good reason for continuing.

Met with Rosy over a number of weeks initially for hypnotherapy to support me with the struggles I was having with anxiety which was brought on by life long traumatic experiences & most recently bereavement.

Rosy set me at ease straight away with her easy going, down to earth personality and approach. I had never been exposed to hypnotherapy so was unsure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I fell into complete relaxation which was the first I had felt at peace in such a long time.

After a number of weeks Rosy suggested trying Reiki which again I had no exposure to and will admit I was sceptical about however I trusted in Rosy’s judgement and can honestly say it was the most comforting, life changing experience I have had to date. I left the session with a sense of closure that I didn’t realise I was so desperately needing.

Rosy has also succeeded in supporting me to alter the way I deal with anxious episodes and given me the tool box required to achieve a more positive day to day life over all.

I highly recommend Rosy to everyone, she is a remarkable and fascinating women with a wealth of knowledge, patience and understanding, she may very well just change your life for the better like she did for me. I have every intention of continuing to see Rosy as I find her professionalism & support to be second to none.

This year we rose, us warrior queens,
With coffee, chaos, and wild daydreams.
We found our strength, our inner spark,
Faced dragons (or laundry) till way past dark.

With courage in hand and wisdom in tow,
We handled it all, come high or low.
Here's to the women who conquered the fight,
Strong, wise, and ready for what's next in sight!
