Earlier this year we were invited by Cross Rhythms Plymouth to join their presenting team, and we are absolutely delighted to announce that you will soon be able to tune into COFFEE CATCH-UPS ESPRESSO!!! Each week we'll be taking half an hour to chat about a different topic, play some great music and of course, it wouldn't be a show with the two of us without some silliness involved too 😉

Every episode will be aired 3 times a week so that nobody misses out, and we'll also be releasing them in podcast form 🎙🎚 listen online at crossrhythms.co.uk/plymouth or tune into 96.3FM on the radio. We're so excited - see you there!!!
