An early morning start for the Devon Chamber of Commerce - City Converstations event, as always a big turned out, good coffee and converstations, with lots of opportunities to catch up and always a good chance to make new connections.

Today's speakers included

> Tom Moore of Acronyms talking about the current state of IT across the South West.
> Rebecca Miller from Plymouth City Council updating about the Plymouth Plan, which looks ahead to 2034 and the plan for the long term future of the city bringing together a number of strategic planning processes into one place.
> Professor Claire taylor from Plymouth Marjon University updating on the Universities plans and vision.
> Tanya Woodland CEO at Jeremiah's Journey providing of the remarkable work they do.
> Rhys Jones COO and Stephanie Lewis - Plymouth Active Leisure plans to transform Britain's Ocean City into the nation's aquatic leader.

All in all, City Converstations is a flag ship event and one of the many reasons we renew my membership every year.

Hats off as always to all the chamber team for all the work they do!

Always good to catch up with friends and make new connections over coffee and a bacon bap before sitting down to hear from a wide range of speakers. Always informative and great to hear the wide range of positive things happening across the city.

Lovely atmosphere for the West End Plymouth Carnival this weekend with lots of free family entertainment and large footfall driver to help raise awareness of the many awesome independent businesses and organisations in the City Centre.

We had fun supporting the event with live media coverage throughout the day via the West End Plymouth social channels

This event is organised by the Plymouth City Centre Company and Plymouth City Council Events team.

The BIG Tribute Fest - Plymouth was a weekend to remember! Central Park was filled with amazing music, great company, and a fantastic atmosphere. We had a blast helping to promote the event and capturing some of the fun over the 3 days. It was also wonderful to meet a family who came all the way from Nottingham for the full festival experience! 😀

Hats off to Jack Fry & Dave Monk for putting on another phenomenal show! And it's not over yet as they fire things up once again for Live In The Park - Plymouth !

It's always an honour to support coverage of Plymouth Armed Forces Day, organised by Plymouth City Council Events team, involving hundreds of agencies, charities and organisations and multiple Armed Forces representatives from across Plymouth all coming together on a day to honour and pay are respects to our Armed Forces, past, present and future.

Scott Grenney shared live photos as the event unfolded during the day via 'What's on Plymouth' page and Agata Kalend-Łuszczyńska of UpArt Photography supported in helping to capture photos on this very busy multilayered event!

The Plymouth Waterfront Partnership held a friendly and informal workshop, over a delicious complimentary buffet lunch, to help local Waterfront businesses deal with the challenges of recruitment and skills training. We featured in the line up speakers, which included skills, educational and marketing professionals who delivered all the information needed to help you build a successful team.

Representatives from Plymouth City Council, City College Plymouth and Eddystone Media (Scott) took part answering questions and providing help and support to help keep business growing.

📸 Flavour Fest was a resounding success once again! The South West's biggest food and drink festival celebrated its 20th anniversary in style, with three glorious days of sunshine and happy crowds.

We teamed up, supporting the City Centre BID and the Plymouth City Council events team to help bring the festival fun in real-time on the What's On Plymouth & Flavour Fest pages. Scott Grenney shared mouthwatering 'live' photos and updates throughout the weekend to encourage people down to the event + collected content ready for future use in next year's marketing with Kamila Bielawska, Hannah Pooley & Caitlin Hodges helping to capture amazing photos and event reels.

A bumper album on the One Plymouth page is now up of photos that featured over the weekend. 😀

🎞 Jay Stone also created a fantastic starting event reel to launch Flavour Fest and is working on the official event video, coming soon! 😀

A huge shout out to the event organisers, Plymouth City Council and especially the Plymouth City Centre BID for putting on this incredible event and with the addition of the entertainment zone, is continuing to grow even bigger!

We had a fantastic few days covering the Plymouth Pirates Weekend! It was a blast supporting the Plymouth City Council events team.

Scott Grenney provided live coverage throughout the weekend on the 'What's On Plymouth' page. Kamila Bielawska and Hannah Pooley helped capture amazing photos! There was so much entertainment happening across the Barbican, Sutton Harbour, West Hoe, and Royal William Yard, there was never a quiet moment!

And keep an eye out for the awesome pirates fun run video and main event videos coming soon by Jay Stone , Ryan Lee Media and Kayleigh.

A huge shout out to the event organizers and especially the Plymouth Waterfront Partnership BID for putting on this incredible event for 13 years now! They keep outdoing themselves, expanding the event across multiple locations and even introducing a new 3k fun run with Ta**us Events which saw over 200 participants!
