Is anyone out there using HK Audio Polar 12... I'm thinking of converting but not sure if these will be powerful enough, I mainly work at Boringdon Golf club... Any real world reviews/ comments would be useful.

A friend of mine messaged the other day to see if I was okay because I hadn't posted for a while...truth is, I don't like posting and living a life on the Internet, partly because it takes me to long to type🤣...so just for him and anyone else who hasn't seen the Internet me for a while, I am very happy, I have a beautiful woman (Nicki noo), beautiful children that continue to grow into fantastic people (callum, Lara and Maya!) and a positive view on the future ahead.. .I have also been told that having a full head of hair is a good thing🤣

Help from any DJ friends... Have any of you got a van and a spare hour over the weekend (Sunday would be best) to help me move my bed, bedside cabinets and washing machine... Im trying to move homes on a budget just using my car but these few items might be a bit of a push. Thank you in advance

Prom nights are awesome at Boringdon! it's been a busy few weeks and energy zapping at times but energy well used... 2 more proms to go!

Finally cracked the small room set up! Boringdon green room is narrow but long and the room lends itself to setting up one end, but length and low ceiling is making a royal mess of the sound, so I did what anyone would do, bought some new bigger speakers! 😀 oh and set up along the longer wall.

A few investments this year, one lovely Denon controller and some Yamaha speakers which means at least another year of gigs, although nearly all will now be in the same venue, Boringdon Golf Club will be my final fling before I retire, not sure when though, I still get the buzz, but I also feel the pain the following day!

Covid is still with us in the entertainment business but thankfully we are getting some action! I feel it will be at least another year before we can see this industry back to 2019 levels, but glad to be starting again. A couple of images from recent gigs.

A trial set-up at Boringdon Park Golf Club but not once did I say "Testing one two..." but it was very weird talking in to a microphone after a year out. Must say a big thank you to Boringdon Park who have booked me for all their Christmas dates and continue to forward my details to potential clients.
