It’s been a heck of a year already & I’m so glad I took some time before re-opening the studio, as burnout was well and truly knocking! So much of the entrepreneurial journey is hidden from view and isn’t as glamorous as it can seem on social media. There is a constant pressure to be visible and to acquiesce to the algorithm gods.

This World Mental Health Day, prioritise peace and ease in your creative journey.

Content creation shouldn’t come at the cost of your mental health.

As creators and business owners, we often feel the pressure to churn out content, meet deadlines, and hustle non-stop. But what happens when burnout creeps in? The inspiration fades, creativity stalls, and the stress takes over.
