Itโ€™s been a heck of a year already & Iโ€™m so glad I took some time before re-opening the studio, as burnout was well and truly knocking! So much of the entrepreneurial journey is hidden from view and isnโ€™t as glamorous as it can seem on social media. There is a constant pressure to be visible and to acquiesce to the algorithm gods.

This World Mental Health Day, prioritise peace and ease in your creative journey.

Content creation shouldnโ€™t come at the cost of your mental health.

As creators and business owners, we often feel the pressure to churn out content, meet deadlines, and hustle non-stop. But what happens when burnout creeps in? The inspiration fades, creativity stalls, and the stress takes over.

At our studio, we believe in fostering a peaceful environment where you can breatheโ€”where creating feels like a restorative process, not just another task on the to-do list.
