In this episode, Lilian Sjoberg, a certified Coach and Therapist with a Masters in Biology talks about how she is helping people with chronic diseases with their stress related symptoms and seeing amazing results.
Throughout her work and life she has been joining dots to how working with stress and, what she calls 'body-memories', or trauma has a really positive affect for people with chronic illnesses such as Parkinson's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis.

In this amazing episode, I speak to Matt Rowe, an All-American athlete that has healed himself from a paralyzed leg, multiple strokes and Multiple Sclerosis.
He tells how he refused to believe the doctor's prognosis that he would be in a wheelchair in 6 months. Just 5 years later he is living symptom free and turned his athletic goals from Ironman Triathlons to Weight Lifting.
We go deep on love and fear, the danger of stress, how beliefs are forged and how loving yourself fully is the key to self-healing.

On the run up to the broadcasting of Symptom-Free MS for the Holidays Symposium, I am pleased to re-share an interview with a fellow speaker - Traci Hill.
In this episode, Traci Hill, a Subtle Energy Alchemist, describes how she healed herself from Multiple Sclerosis by working through blocked emotions.
As a super high-achiever, she never gave herself a break, until MS forced her to stop. She recognised she was always in a very masculine energy of 'doing' and had to learn to embrace her feminine energy of 'being'.
Her diagnosis was delivered in a shockingly cold way and her bad experience of taking the prescribed medication led her to do her own research, where she explored many 'rabbit holes' before finding her way to wellness.
She shares her journey, her wisdom and a super-simple breathing exercise.

As a bid of taking some stress off my shoulders and recognising the value of what I have already created. I asked Google to randomly select which episode I should broadcast again.
It was Episode 25 when Holly Haag told us her amazing story with MS.

After 20 years of frightening symptoms and being fobbed off by doctors, Holly eventually received her worst fear of a diagnosis of MS. She allowed herself a short period of time to be depressed, confused and upset, before she refused to believe her doctor in that there was nothing she could do about it.
There is a lot she could do and did do - expect grim conversations about enema accidents and parasites, as well as laughs, information and hope!
