Last week. Christopher and I were using an amazing app on the iPad called Koala Sampler which allows you to sample your own voice or noise-actions and then enables you to produce a whole track. We sampled Chris' piano (some chords), voice and some percussion to start building a song - marvellous fun!

We are writing to express our deep concern regarding Peterborough City Council's decision to evict METAL and other vital arts organisations from the Chauffeurs Cottage by November 1st, 2024.

A Significant Loss to the Community

METAL, along with Peterborough Presents, Eastern Angles, Red 7 Productions, and resident creative freelancers, have been instrumental in fostering a vibrant arts scene in Peterborough for over a decade. Their dedicated team has consistently provided exceptional programming and nurtured a welcoming environment for artistic communication and expression.

The loss of the Chauffeurs Cottage as an arts hub will, in our opinion have a devastating impact on Peterborough's cultural landscape.

We urge you to join us in opposing this decision and advocating for a sustainable solution. Here's how you can contribute:
